1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally with C to the date of full payment of KRW 350,00,000 and the interest thereon to the plaintiff from October 24, 2017.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all pleadings, the plaintiff lent KRW 350,000,000 to the Gyeyang-gu Office and the stock company on February 6, 2017 as of September 30, 2017 and entered into a joint and several guarantee contract with the defendant and C on the same day.

Therefore, the defendant is jointly and severally liable with C to pay to the plaintiff 350,000,000 won guaranteed to the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 24, 2017 to the day of complete payment as requested by the plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

(C) The Seoul Central District Court 2017 tea428362, which ordered payment of the same amount to C, has already been finalized. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
