Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On April 24, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 00:33% at around 00.087%, driven off Bone Starex truck from around the 2nd apartment house near the Hocheon-si located in Switzerland, and thereafter, from around 5 km to the front road of the office in the west-si.
