A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working as the head of the business support division in the D Headquarters of C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) from December 2, 2009 to March 2013.

The Defendant, a vice president of H, promoted F projects against C, and committed as if he could select H as a P supply company with respect to the P business sector among the projects, with the intent to obtain money from H as a business promotion cost and expenses.

1. On August 2012, the Defendant, at the office of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, held an internal consultation to install a 10kw Class-sized PP with respect to the F Project (P Project Sector), under the title “F Project (P Project Sector)” using a computer for the purpose of uttering.

“Along with the entry of the content of “A” at the bottom of the entry of “C, E, Representative G,” and then output it, then arbitrarily sign G on the side of the G name, using the official approval color pen, and had been in possession of it in advance.

C affixed a name tag to C.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of a letter of business promotion under C, which is a private document on fact certification.

2. On August 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) issued a forged business promotion certificate to the vice president of H, the vice president of H, a corporation, who is aware of the forgery, at the office of Sung-nam City Party E around August 29, 2012; and (b) exercised it as if it were a document prepared in a genuine manner.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, issued a false business promotion certificate to the vice president, the victim H, the vice president of the victim H, as above, and the Defendant attempted to receive a small-sized P 300 supply while carrying out the F project. To be selected as the delivery company, the Defendant’s internal officer of the company is required to develop the project.
