1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 57,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 10, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

According to the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, it is recognized that the defendant prepared a statement of payment that the defendant would pay 57 million won to the plaintiff on July 23, 2016 as wages in arrears by July 31, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 10, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as the Plaintiff seeks.

In regard to this, the defendant, who is unable to enter the plaintiff, detained him in his house before being affixed a seal on the letter of payment, and forced him to prepare the letter of payment without any choice. Thus, the above letter of payment is invalid.

However, there is no evidence to acknowledge that the defendant prepared the above payment rejection in the situation of promulgation, and the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
