Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on April 16, 2016, the Defendant, at the “C” house located in Yangju-si B, took the hand of the victim D (e.g., 22 years old), who is a new employee who was seated on the right side of the company during the meeting with his employees, and took charge of the victim’s hand, and put the Defendant’s hand on the victim’s buckbucks in a pipe.
