1. The Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on May 23, 2015, such as the suspension from office for one month, and the transfer order on July 3, 2015, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a company with the aim of telecommunications service business, etc., and the Plaintiff was employed and worked for the Defendant company from July 3, 1995 to work for the Defendant company. On May 12, 2014, the Plaintiff was issued as an office support team and worked for the sports support team in the sports support division.
B. (1) In order to measure the quality of radio communications at around October 2014, the Defendant Company 2014 (hereinafter “the instant case”) operated the Smart Docing (hereinafter “the instant case”) for mobile communications based on the OS operating system, and conducted education on the method of installing the instant case to employees belonging to the work group, including the Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff, on the method of installing the instant case, main functions, information, etc., and instructed some of 283 employees belonging to the work group (including the Plaintiff) to install the instant case and to measure the radio quality (hereinafter “the instant work”).
