On July 20, 2014, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven a 800-meter Bone Starex vehicle from the side of the fire station located in Pyeongtaek-dong in Namyang-si, Namyang-si to the road of the same 1161, in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.125%.
