Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2013, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) displayed a hacks (open cover) in front of the D restaurant located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) displayed the Defendant’s house glass around October 17, 2012 on the ground that the victim E (40 years of age) did not have had the Defendant’s house damaged; and (c) displayed the hacks (open cover) in front of the victim’s head at that place; (d) displayed the victim’s hacks, reported the victim’s hacks at that place; and (e) displayed the victim’s hacks in front of the victim’s face on his hand; and (e) assaulted the victim’s hacks by hand.
