1. The defendant is the Daejeon District Court's branch office granting the plaintiff with regard to each real estate stated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. The secured obligation of the registration of creation of each collateral set forth in paragraph (1) of the order of the indication of the claim is extinguished by the Plaintiff’s repayment on April 2016, and thus, the registration of establishment of each collateral security should be cancelled since there is no ground for the said registration.
