Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2015, the Defendant of the damage to property: (a) at Dcafeteria operated by the victim C (year 41) in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on that day, the Defendant sought the counter points of the victim’s unilateral dismissal of the victim; (c) attempted to look at the victim; (d) but the victim did not appear; (d) 100 U.S. 2 back to 5 rayed the five ray of the delivery container that was parked in front of the above half point; and (e) 2 U.S. clocks by cutting down the toilet glass (72 cm x 62 cm x m) by hand; and (e) putting the plastic container into the main room, thereby damaging the goods owned by the non-repair victim.

The Defendant interfered with the business of the victim by force, by destroying things and setting food on the floor at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, resulting in the Defendant’s failure to receive orders from the victim, which caused a disturbance of daily quantity by getting out of the floor so that he could not receive orders from the above counter-points.
