A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as an employee of Schchchling Korea Co., Ltd., was working at the office D office of the said company located in the third floor of Ulsan-gu C building, with the aim of eliminating business stress and satisfying his sexual desire, he was willing to photograph the body of the persons who installed a brush camera at the above D office’s official toilet of male and female working for the Defendant and who have access to the toilet with a view to meeting his sexual desire.

On April 2, 2015, at around 10:52, the Defendant, in a male and female public toilet located in the above D office, concealed a mobile phone that operated the recording function in the direction map case, installed Mamera, and taken the form of the toilet in the toilet over 52 minutes by setting up Mamera on the changeer machine, and taken the part of the victim E (33 ,000 ,000 ,0000 ,000 10:56 on the same day.

In addition, from April 2, 2015 to September 23, 2015, the Defendant taken or attempted to take photographs of the body of people who have access to toilets over 18 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant taken or attempted to take a photograph of another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mobile phone camera, against his will.
