Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants of “2016 Highest 1447, Jun. 5, 2016,” made use of the gap in the Fmat of the Victim E’s Operation in Asan City around 16:25, 2016, in which the victims’ surveillance was neglected, and made use of the gap in Defendant B’s goods inside the set, such as the method in which Defendant A collected the goods into a bank, etc., Defendant A put the goods into a bank, up to 94,780 won in total, the market price of the victim E-owned by the Defendants of “2016 Highest 147,” included one beer and 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1, sknant and 2, 1, 80,000 won in total, including 2,000 won in total, 2,000 won in total, 2,000 won in the market price of the victim.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victims' property together.

The Defendants of “2016 Highest 1462”, after taking off the packaging from around 15:03 to 16:40 on May 28, 2016, put them into a vinyl located in Asan City, and Defendant A did not take the following measures into consideration: (a) Han Highest 1, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 52,594, the market price of which is at least 46,397, and 52,594, the market price of which is at least 52,594, and 66,787, the market price of which is at least 66,787, and then put them into a vinyl which was held in advance; and (b) Defendant B did not take the measures to prevent the theft of the goods, and then Defendant B did not take the measures to prevent the theft of the goods, and then Defendant B did not take the measures to prevent the theft of the goods.

Accordingly, the Defendants committed a theft of the victim's property amounting to the total amount of KRW 293,172.
