Defendants are not guilty.

1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) although the Defendants were not the representative director of F Co., Ltd. (F) who operated a combined shopping mall implementation business on the land outside Si/Gu of Seocho-si and 28 (hereinafter “F”), the Defendants were willing to enter into a sales agency contract for the said combined shopping mall in F’s name without permission of G, the representative director of the F.

On April 21, 2014, the Defendants entered into a sales agency contract with JJ under the title of the sales agency contract in the name of K directors, L, etc. of JJ, Co., Ltd., Ltd., the sales agent business, and entered into the sales agency contract with the JJ on April 21, 2014, the Defendants stated that “the location of real estate: the location of the real estate: 5,977.6py, 3% of the total floor area, 5,97.6py, 3% of service fees, 7% of the total floor area, 5,977.6py, 3% of the underground floor: the address of the operator of the business” at the end of the contract, and at the end of the contract: H, trade name, F, representative: name of the representative of the document printed "G".

F’s seal imprint was affixed to the F’s representative director.

As a result, the Defendants forged a sale agency contract in the name of F, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering in collusion, and at that time, the Defendants issued a forged sale agency contract to K directors of J Co., Ltd. who knew of the forgery and exercised it as if they were duly formed.

On April 21, 2014, the Defendants: (a) on April 21, 2014, and (b) on the 28th parcel of land, were not the F’s representative director who runs the combined shopping mall implementation business, and (c) on the F’s name without obtaining permission from G, the F representative director, and (d) drafted a sales agent agreement with J and sales agent under F; (b) however, they heard that there is a problem in the said agreement from the king trust, and were able to prepare a new sales agent agreement.

Defendants are at the I Office located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si on April 23, 2014.
