Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2012, at around 05:45, the Defendant driven a B-hurged vehicle with approximately 1m alcohol concentration of approximately 0.127% from the section of approximately 1m, from the front to the front road of the 197-2, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, a small copy, to the front road.
