[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months as a crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties at the Goyang Branch of the District Court on August 29, 2014 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 16, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (SM7)(SM7) is a person who drives a vehicle on duty.

At around 00:30 on January 16, 2015, the Defendant proceeded along a two-lane road in front of the Geumnam Elementary School 123 as the decline at the Papju City, along a one-lane from the direction of the Papju Police Station.
