1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 27,500,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 4, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b).

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the portion in excess shall be recognized as 20% per annum from September 4, 2015 to September 30, 2015, the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
