1. The Defendant B and the Cultural Broadcasting Co., Ltd. shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff seven million won and the above amount from September 9, 2013.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff was the person who worked as the director in D, and was not a member of the E-political party at the time, and the Defendant B was the reporter of the Defendant Cultural Broadcasting Co., Ltd. Defendant C: It has been supported by the budget of 6.8 billion won for the last two years at least five affiliated organizations of Suwon-si in which members of the E Party work as the head of the agency.
