Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2012, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.075% from the 1km section of approximately 1km to the front road of the Cheongsan-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon-gu, Incheon-si, to the front road of the Cheongsan-dong, Chungcheongnam-do.
