Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is the defendant's child.
B. The Plaintiff was detained from around May 22, 2008, and was released from prison labor after having completed the convict on November 14, 201.
C. Around May 2008, the Plaintiff owned the property and business indicated in the following table.

During the period in which the Defendant managed the Plaintiff’s property, 5,880,000 won for the instant officetels and 3,6320,000 won for the cancellation fee for future insurance.

2. The gist of the cause of the Plaintiff’s claim is that the Defendant, while managing the Plaintiff’s property and business from April 28, 2008 to November 30, 201, which was the escape prior to detention, refused to extend the time limit for the loan from the bank.
In order to induce the Plaintiff to make a false statement of the fact that the interest on the loan exceeds the monthly income of the business, it is necessary to prepare a back contract for the instant D buildings, Sungnam and Seo-dong, and to dispose of the price at a lower price without any ground, and to deduct the sales price from each property and business.
