A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "Dmaz" on the third floor of the building in Ansan-si.

The Defendant, at around 21:00 on June 24, 2014, received KRW 110,000 as a price for sexual traffic from a slope E in the living order system of the Sinung Police Station, which was found to be in order to regulate the above business establishment, and arranged the commercial sex acts for the business from around August 1, 2013 to June 24, 2014, including arranging the pre-employed female employees to have sexual intercourse with the above E.
