1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 7, 2015, the Defendant filed a petition for a trial for invalidation of the patent invention of this case against the Plaintiff on the ground that “the claim 2, 3, and 4 of the instant patent invention can easily be derived from prior inventions 1 through 4 by a person with ordinary skill in the art (hereinafter “ordinary technician”),” and filed a petition for a trial for invalidation of the patent invention of this case. In the foregoing invalidation trial procedure, the Plaintiff filed a request for correction on February 15, 2016, but again filed a request for correction on February 27, 2017, as described in the claim 2, 3, and 4 of the instant patent invention.

2) On May 11, 2017, the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal recognized the Plaintiff’s request for correction as legitimate and recognized it, and rendered the instant trial ruling citing the Defendant’s request for invalidation trial on the ground that “the nonobviousness of the claim 2, 3, and 4 of the instant patent invention as corrected is denied by prior inventions 1, 2, and 4. (b) The name of the instant patent invention (Evidence A 2, 3, and 1): C2; the filing date of the registration; the filing date of the registration; the registration number: the patentee: (d) the amount of claims (Article 4) as corrected by the request for correction made on February 27, 2017; and (d) the bottom portion is corrected.

The patented invention of this case corrected by the correction of this case (hereinafter referred to as "the correction invention of this case") is referred to as "the Claim 2 invention of this case", and the remaining claims are also made in the same way, including the 【 Claim 1】 Claim 2’s floor support body and multiple correction care devices that are visible from the upper part of the above floor support body (hereinafter referred to as "the front part"), and the correction care devices of the above correction care devices pressures the aspect of the fall, and the shape of the front part and the latter part of the front part consisting of the c "C" type protruding towards the front part.
