Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2018, from around 18:05 to 20:20 on the same day, the Defendant left the same road for about 2 hours and 15 minutes on the ground that the vehicle owned by an unspecified number of vehicles pass through Kimcheon-si B (4m wide). As such, the Defendant left the said road for about 2 hours and 15 minutes, thereby hindering the traffic of the land through which the traffic of the general public is used.
