가. 근저당권설정등기 ⑴ 피고 B는 별지 목록 기재 ⑴ 내지 ⑹, ⑻ 내지 ⑿ 부동산의 3/4 지분권자, ⑺ 부동산의 1/4 지분권자, 피고 C은 별지 목록 기재 각 부동산의 1/4 지분권자였다
