1. The defendant shall pay 1,120,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 31, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination

A. Comprehensively taking into account the purport of the arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 and Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 3: (1) on June 1, 2014, the plaintiff set a loan of KRW 810 million to the defendant on June 31, 2015; and KRW 1.5% on the last day of each month (the last day of each month) on the basis of the agreement to pay KRW 1.05 billion in addition to the interest rate of KRW 2.1 billion on the last day of each month (the agreement to pay KRW 1.5 billion in addition to the interest rate of KRW 3 billion; KRW 1.05 billion on the last day of each month; KRW 1.6 billion on the basis of the agreement to pay the principal and interest at KRW 1.05 billion (the last day of each month); and the defendant shall pay KRW 200,000,000 by the end of each month until September 4, 2016.
