All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. On the grounds of the prosecutor’s appeal, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment and acquitted the Defendant on the grounds that the violation of the L-related Food Sanitation Act against Defendant B among the facts charged in the instant case and the charges against Defendant C constituted a case where there is no proof of crime.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court erred by misapprehending the legal doctrine as to the food sanitation law, or by mismisunderstanding facts contrary to the rules of evidence, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

subsection (b) of this section.

2. As to the grounds of appeal by Defendant B and A, the lower court, on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, convicted all the remainder of the facts charged against Defendant B and the facts charged against Defendant A among the facts charged in the instant case.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court erred by misapprehending the legal doctrine on food sanitation law, misapprehending the legal doctrine, hearing failure, or failure to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the fact of violating the rules of evidence, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
