1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 23, 2019, the Plaintiff filed an application for a payment order against C (hereinafter “C”) with the Gangnam District Court for a service cost reimbursement order with the Gangwon District Court Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Office 2019j133. On January 23, 2019, the said court issued a payment order with the purport that “C shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 220,000,000 and its delay damages.” (hereinafter “instant payment order”).
