Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of eight million won and by a fine of twenty million won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall deliver or spread any program (hereinafter referred to as "malicious program") that may damage, destroy, alter, or forge an information and communications system, data, program, etc., or interfere with the operation thereof without justifiable grounds.

1. Defendant B’s sole criminal defendant joined the automatic program sales Internet brokerage site called C(D) and had a mind to sell the automatic program developed by himself via the above C website.

The Defendant: (B) from August 25, 2010 to October 1, 2013, access to the above C-site by means of computers installed at Gyeonggi-si E-U.S. E-U., and automatically registering the letters and images of G (H, IJ/W services/K) developed by himself/herself; L (H, IJ/W/BW services/K-based programs; programs that automatically register on the I-W-based bulletin board; programs that block the automatic image of the P/K-based video; programs that will be automatically registered on the I-W-based website; programs that will be used to block the registration of the P/M-based program; programs that will be used to block the automatic image of the P-H; programs that will be used to block the registration of the P/M-based program; programs that will be used to block the automatic image of the P-H; and
