Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for five months at the Busan District Court on May, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 21, 2017.

On July 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the D cafeteria located in Busan, Seo-gu C around 21:15, the Defendant: (b) whether the Victim F, who followed the Defendant’s order to demand money from the cafeteria E at that place, and to stand therefor without permission, is entitled to do so.
