1. 2. Determination of set-off against damage claim

A. The defendant's assertion that the defendant produced and installed the advertising box in the Seoul subway history, and used the advertising box as a part of the plaintiff's parts. The advertising box was not functioning properly because the front color of the advertising board is not equal due to the defect of the ELD supplied by the plaintiff. Accordingly, the defendant was installed in the printed circuit board (PCB) manufactured by using the plaintiff's ELD manufacturer supplied by the plaintiff. The 150 to 220 ELD cards were installed in the printed circuit board, and the advertisement board was placed in the advertisement box and the advertisement board was placed in the advertisement board. The 150 to 220 ELD cards were removed from other companies, other than the plaintiff, and the ELD manufacturer was supplied with the ELD manufacturer and newly manufactured the ELDr's f.83,68,708,70 ELD, and the ELD manufacturer and the above 43081,296 486,2964,2869.
