When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of "C" in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No one shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles, etc. to juveniles.

Nevertheless, around 01:00 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant sold three juveniles D(the age of 16) who entered the above restaurant at KRW 21,00,00.
