Reasons

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on December 16, 2017, the Defendants: (a) assaulted the Defendant E (the age of 48) on the ground that the Defendant was unable to know at the “D” entertainment bar located in Jeju Island; (b) assaulted the Defendant; (c) assaulted the Victim E (the age of 48); and (d) assaulted the Victim A on the part of his/her mother and face by drinking alcohol; and (c) Defendant B used the Victim’s flaps by sphering the Victim’s flaps and walkinging the Victim’s body.
