A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of U.S. nationality who is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around January 2018, the Defendant kept in the custody of marijuana: (a) placed approximately 8-9g of marijuana in glass bottles from the U.S. female female “D” at the Defendant’s residence located in the building B of the Gangwon-gun; and (b) around that time, during the period from September 2018 to September 2018, the Defendant was found to have omitted the part of “for smoking” in the charges in light of the fact that Article 61(1)4 (b) and Article 3 subparag. 10 (b) of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. as the applicable provisions of the indictment for the purpose of smoking by putting a glass disease containing the said marijuana inside the bend of the said suspect’s residence, in light of the fact that the said provision of the Act was written in the

2. The Defendant smoked marijuana: (a) around the mid-come night of September 2018, 201, after cutting off the marith of marijuana contained in the said glass disease at the residence of the suspect as described in paragraph (1); (b) made the tobacco paper on a tobacco paper by sticking the tobacco paper; and (c) smoked the marith of marijuana by attaching the smoke to the marijuana tobacco in a way of smoking the smoke.

3. The Defendant: (a) was willing to import marijuana in the U.S. via an international special mail; (b) requested that the Defendant sent marijuana to the “F”, a suspect living in the U.S., by having contacted the Defendant, who was a suspect living in the U.S., with the “F” through the “F” application of smartphone click cryp (E) around October 2018.

Accordingly, on October 30, 2018, “F” concealed marijuana 23.76 g from the New York Bluxin to bread, packages them into international mail, and entered the place of receipt into “A”, which is the suspect’s residence, by stating the place of receipt as “YY C”, which is the suspect’s residence.
