Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution, and forty hours of compulsory driving, and the judgment on July 7, 2016 became final and conclusive.

1. On June 10, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) driving on the roads front of the dried Part of Seoul subway Corporation located in the Southern-gu Seoul Southern-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul, without a driver’s license. On October 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the said cargo without a driver’s license on the front of the entrance of the upper-dong apartment at around 12:58 permanent residence of North Korea, at around 2:5, 2015.

2. On June 10, 2014, around 12:25, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation, who owned C Poter Cargo, did not purchase mandatory insurance, operated the said vehicle on the front side of the building side of Seoul subway Corporation located in the Southern-gu Seoul Southern-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seoul. On October 19, 2015, the Defendant operated the said vehicle on the front side of the entrance of the upper net apartment at the time of permanent residence of North Korea on the road around December 19, 2015.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Articles 70(1) and 69(2)1 of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse.
