The Defendant is a person driving B cargo vehicle.

On July 22, 2013, at around 22:43, the blood alcohol concentration zero percent (0.123%) was drunk, and the above cargo was driven by drinking about about 3 km to the front road in front of the water station located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City (U.123%).
