1. The defendant A received KRW 57,502,50 from the plaintiff and at the same time, a list of the attached real estate 1.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 21, 2006, the Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s status 1) No. 101 of the underground floor of the department store in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu (hereinafter “Ground 101”).

(1) The Plaintiff (hereinafter “Defendant 102”) purchased a successful bid and owned the said BR department store No. 102 (hereinafter “Ground 102”).

(2) At present, Defendant A, AC, AE, C, Q, D, E, F, AL, AO, H, G, K, K, AP, AP, AS, AS, AS, AI, AJ, AJ, AK, M, N,O, and BI (hereinafter referred to as “the Defendants”) are the lessees or their successors of each shop listed in the separate sheet 1 through 24 of the attached property list 2 located underground 101 (hereinafter referred to as “each shop of the underground 101”).

(4) As to the right of lease as to the stores listed in the Schedule 1, 14 of Attached Property 2 located underground, Defendant R is a person who respectively seizes or provisionally seizes the right of lease as to the stores listed in the Schedule 7 of Attached Property 2 located underground 101, as to the right of lease as to the stores listed in the Schedule 1, 101 of Attached Property 2 located underground.

B. 1) BP corporation (hereinafter “BP”) regarding each of the stores of this case

In order to use the building as a department store, each store located under subparagraphs 101 and 102 underground (hereinafter “each store of this case”) among the construction of BR department stores on the ground of 3,104 square meters in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

(2) However, in order to operate the above building as the department store, it could not be sold to others under the law, and the BP is each of the stores in this case.
