A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the head of the headquarters in the second floor of the building E located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City for the purpose of door-to-door sales, etc. of C operation, and F was an employee who recruited investors from March 22, 2011 to April 20, 201, while G was an employee who recruited investors from the above salary point from March 2, 201 to April 20, 201.

In spite of the absence of an agreement to pay the principal or money exceeding the principal without obtaining authorization, permission, registration, or report, the above company did not obtain such authorization, permission, registration, or report.

Accordingly, the Defendant and the above C et al., in collusion around March 10, 201, received KRW 14,9358,000 from 60 investors in total 71 times in total, on the same day, KRW 50,000 from H, stating that “When investing KRW 550,000 in one unit of the project, 120% of the investment amount shall be paid within a maximum of three months, and if re-investment would be made, 130% of the investment amount shall be paid within a maximum of 3 months,” and received KRW 550,000 from H on the same day.
