Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the Bupyeong-Ma branch of the organization Cmination D branch.

At around 3.06:00 on April 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) concluded with the victim F apartment construction site in Pyeongtaek-si, Inc., a new apartment construction site; (b) concluded a negotiation to employ members belonging to G, a subcontractor, and other workers established at the construction site, with the content that he/she would employ members belonging to B, Group C, Group C, D, a subcontractor, and other workers established at the construction site; and (c) posted a franc card with the content that he/she is marked up in the 3th library, which is installed at the same site, that he/she would guarantee the survival of construction workers.” From the same day until 19:19 on the same day, the Defendant was unable to operate the said other worker by occupying the three headr for a total of 13 hours and 19 minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the new construction of apartment by the victim F Co., Ltd. by force.
