A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C (V, 14 years old), victim D (V, 13 years old), and victim E (9 years old), who is the victim's relative to the victim's home, and the victim's relative to the victim's child was left to the defendant's home, and the victim was raised by the victims on behalf of her father for about eight years.

1. Crimes against victims D;

A. In mid-2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault and physical abuse in the Defendant’s house located in F of the East Sea in the middle of the same year; (b) committed physical abuse against the victim’s body at the Defendant’s house located in F of the same year; (c) by misunderstanding that the victim D (the victim, 11 years of age) stolen gum from other locations; (d) thereby getting the victim’s back head on the right side of the victim; and (e) continuously committed physical abuse against the victim’s body with a enormous water-containinged 1m (1m in length, 1m in thickness; 1m in thickness); and (e) committed assault against the victim at the same time, thereby impairing the victim’s body or impairing the health and development of the body.

B. Around May 5, 2015, the Defendant committed assault and emotional abuse on and around May 5, 2015, on the ground that the Defendant refused the Defendant’s refusal to use the part of the victim’s left part at the place indicated in the above 1-A, even though the Defendant caused the part of the Defendant’s own part and the part of the Defendant’s left part to be taken out at Paris, and at the same time, committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of the victimized child.

From July 2015 to August 8, 2015, the Defendant committed assault and emotional abusive acts on July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2015, and around July 1, 2015 to July 8, 2015, on the ground that the Defendant refused the Defendant’s refusal, even though the Defendant, along with his family members, to go on the sea. At the same time, the Defendant committed emotional abusive acts detrimental to the mental health and development of the victimized child.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. A. On June 17, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime around June 17, 2015, on the grounds that the Defendant 1-A around June 17, 2015 (the place indicated in paragraph 1-A, the victim E (8 years of age) and the victim E (8 years of age) are playing, and the Defendant was able to grow trees.
