Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant driven a D-work truck, despite the suspension period (from October 29, 2016 to December 7, 2016) at approximately 100km from the front of the Defendant’s office of Gosung-gun C to the front of the office of Gojin-gu, Busan, Jung-gu to the front of the office of Gojin-gu, Busan, while driving the D-work truck during the suspension period of driver’s license.
