On October 18, 2014, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car within a 1 kilometer section from the road in front of the Henando-Eup in Jeju Island to the road in front of the Henando-Eup located in the same Eup/Myeonndo-Eup in the influence of alcohol content of 0.124%.
