1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A, B, C, D, and E’s joint criminal acts, together with I, and J, enticed the victims of sexual traffic by pretending to engage in sexual traffic, and then threatened minors and victims who attempted to engage in sexual traffic with them to waive the return of money and valuables paid in advance by them, or to deduct money and valuables from the victims. Defendant B and J act as inducing victims through “FF”, etc. by means of smartphone-phoneping and printing, and Defendant C, C, E, and I act as inducing victims by disguised sexual traffic, threatening the victims who attempted to engage in sexual traffic, thereby inducing them to waive the return of money and valuables paid in advance to Defendant D or having them deducted money from the victims.

A. From September 2, 2016 to September 2, 2016, the Defendants, along with I, J, and I, proposed that the victims of sexual traffic will remain in the vicinity of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Lel by using a smartphone-making hosting method, and made the victims enter the above telecom.
