1. Defendant A:

A. Of the lands listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list, the attached appraisal sheet is marked 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 13, 2014, in the auction procedure for partition of co-owned property in the court E-owned property, the Plaintiff won 4,635,00,000 the purchase price for the Hanyang-gu U.S. F forest land at KRW 4,635,00,000. The Plaintiff paid the price in full around that time.

B. On October 17, 2012, the Hanyang-gu Seoyang-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City 7th 7th 8th m22 was changed to the 7,736th m2 of the F forest in Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu into the area unit conversion on October 17, 2012. 2. Claim against the defendant A;

A.
