The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to find the Defendants guilty of all the modified facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on illegal solicitation in the crime of taking property in breach of trust, the burden of proof of acquiring property, the subject of public offering, and the legal rules on evidence, or by omitting judgment or omitting reasoning.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
