A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million on July 4, 2013 by the Seoul Southern District Court for the crimes of violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) at the port support of the Daegu District Court on April 2, 2012, and a fine of KRW 7 million on July 4, 2013 by the Seoul Southern District Court.

1. On October 25, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter referred to as the “DD”) around 04:47, the Defendant driving a car of ASEAN, and driving a side road of 432-1 vehicular road located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea National 4 along with 432-1, toward about 20 kilometers per hour at the seat of the new global department store room. In so doing, the Defendant suffered on the left side part of the victim D (hereinafter referred to as the “63 years old”), who was driven while driving a vehicle under the influence of drinking, due to the negligence of neglecting the normal driving due to the influence of drinking, such as a string and a string distance, caused the victim to suffer about 2 weeks left part of the upper left part of the Defendant’s vehicle with the front wheels and thereby requiring approximately 2 weeks treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at least twice, and driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol at least 0.152% again within the two-meter range from around the accident site to the accident site as set forth in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

On April 2, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,00,000 from the Daegu District Court's Branch of Port on April 2, 2012 to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on July 4, 2013, the Seoul Southern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 7,00,000 as a fine for the same crime.
