Punishment of the crime

No person shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

From April 18, 2016, the Defendant is a person who provides Internet computer game facilities in the name of "DPC in Seo-gu, Daegu City."

On June 21, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 650,000 and KRW 850,000 from E and F, each of the customers who entered the above PC room from around 00:30 on June 21, 2016, and got them to play a game, and then exchanged F’s points acquired as a result of the game into KRW 1.50,00.
