A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a vehicle from the front side of the Seo-gu New Airport, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the front side of the 407 Yannam Green Park, Yannam-dong, and the front side of the 407 Yannam Green Park without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who owns the said vehicle from January 3, 2012 to the Defendant’s name.

From August 24, 2013, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance with respect to the aforementioned Aburged car from around August 24, 2013.

On October 3, 2013, at around 10:30, the Defendant operated the said Aburgt-purged car, which was not mandatory insurance on the front road of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Yannam Green Park Park.
