1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 13, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, from September 27, 201 to February 7, 2013, remitted the sum of KRW 60,320,000 in 14 times by the following means:

On September 27, 2011, the Plaintiff withdrawn KRW 15,000,000 from the Plaintiff’s account, and then remitted KRW 5,000,000 to the Korean bank account under the name of C, and KRW 5,000,000 to the Korean bank account under the name of D, and KRW 5,00,000 to the bank account under the name of E, respectively, and entered the Plaintiff’s withdrawal account in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s withdrawal account as “the first column for the elimination of reinforcing position.”

B. On October 13, 201, the Plaintiff wired KRW 5,000,000 to the bank account under the name of C, and KRW 5,000,000 to the bank account under the name of D, and wired KRW 12,00,000 from the Plaintiff’s account to the one bank account under the name of F. The Plaintiff wired KRW 12,00,000 from the Plaintiff’s account to the one bank account under the name of F. However, the Plaintiff stated “one of them in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’

C. On May 19, 2012, the Plaintiff remitted KRW 240,000 to the national bank account in the name of G, and entered the Plaintiff’s account “H company G” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.

On June 4, 2012, the Plaintiff remitted KRW 480,000 to the Korean bank account under the name of I, and stated “J president” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.

E. On August 1, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 2,100,00 to the national bank account in the name of K, and entered “L” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.

F. On September 10, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 3,500,000 to a single bank account under F’s name. The Plaintiff stated “MAdditional Contract Amount” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.

G. On December 21, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 1,500,00 to a new bank account with N’s name. The Plaintiff stated “new steel bars B price” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.

H. On January 4, 2013, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 5,500,00 to an enterprise bank account under the name of O. The Plaintiff stated “corporate MnF72to” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.

(i) On February 7, 2013, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 10,000,00 to an enterprise bank account under the name of theO, and the Plaintiff’s account is deemed as “enterprise Pa-ro two months” in the remarks column of the Plaintiff’s account.
