Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around June 2013, the Defendant reported a marriage with North Korean defectors B (V, 34 years of age) in Korea, and entered Korea with the status of stay of marriage immigration around October of the same year, and entered Korea with the status of stay of marriage immigration on May 10, 2016.

1. Admission to a residential chips;

A. On June 7, 2016, at around 20:49, the Defendant entered the victim B residing in the same Dong with the entrance door of the first floor in order to meet the victim B residing in the same Dong in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and entered the up to five floors through stairs, and entered the front of 503, the victim’s residence.

B. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence where the victim and the above apartment residents jointly live.

2. The Defendant caused property damage to B at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1(a) and at the place, “A spaws children.” However, while refusing this, B rejected it, she saw a brick that was placed on the corridor floor at the same time and did not open the door, and she broken the above window equivalent to KRW 1.50,00 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3. On June 7, 2016, at around 21:20 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph 1(a) and reported at B’s 112 at the site, obstructed the Defendant’s attempt to intrude into B’s house from the slope F of the Suwon East Police Station E box affiliated with the Suwon East Police Station, and assaulted, by hand, the Defendant, with the wheels of carrying the f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s bat

Accordingly, the defendant is justified in dealing with the 112 report by police officers.
