The Defendant is also a person who drives a cargo vehicle owned by C Dokdo.

On March 27, 2013, around 08:30 on March 27, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 3km of alcohol concentration in the middle of the department store located in the Cheongju-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, with approximately 0km from the street in the vicinity of the Agricultural High School located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul to the street in the front of the department store located in Cheongju-dong.
