Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) transferred ownership according to the final judgment of the Seoul Central District Court 201Gadan451568, and (b) transferred ownership to BM5 vehicles at the Gangnam-gu Office for compulsory transfer of ownership to BM5 vehicles; and (c) became the registered titleholder of the said vehicle as of July 3, 2012.

When a vehicle without any relevance has been transferred to its name, the Defendant had taken the location of the vehicle, and had the actual possessor file a false report in order to request a civil trial against the actual possessor.

On July 5, 2012, at around 11:55, the Defendant: (a) parked a vehicle on the street from July 5, 2012 to July 01:30 to 10:00, on the Gandong Police Station C District Police Station D, the Defendant submitted a written statement, stating that he/she would be punished for the unsatisficing of the unsatisfic, using a key to assistive devices that he/she had been on the front of the early west; and (b) the Defendant attempted to commit the unsatisfic.

However, the Defendant, even though there was no theft of the said vehicle, reported the said false fact to the extent that he would be subject to criminal punishment.
